The Electrostatic Precipitators (ESPs) are purpose-built for kitchen extraction systems, featuring integrated collection sumps that capture oil, grease and smoke particles removed from the exhaust stream.
These built-in sumps make maintenance straightforward whilst eliminating the risk of hazardous leaks from the unit base and significantly reducing grease accumulation in your ductwork.
Carbon Filter Bank
This bespoke carbon filtration system has been custom-designed and fabricated by Wessex Services Group to meet specific site requirements. The filter bank is housed within a purpose-built enclosure that provides both structural support and weather protection.
Our carbon filters work in conjunction with ESPs to provide comprehensive odour control, removing volatile organic compounds and cooking odours that escape the initial filtration stage. The modular bank configuration allows for easy filter replacement and maintenance access, whilst the robust housing ensures long-term durability in demanding commercial kitchen environments.
